About Us

Endeavour Partnership was formed in 1999 by four experienced lawyers who saw an opportunity for a niche commercial practice in the Tees Valley. The Firm was, and still is, the only local firm providing purely commercial legal services to businesses in the region.

Since its formation, Endeavour has grown from a four partner firm to a nine partner firm and currently employs forty four fee earners and support staff. The Firm prides itself on its history of staff retention (virtually 100%), credited, in part, to its transparent internal organisation (every member of its staff has a say in its management and a knowledge of its finances).

In terms of technology, Endeavour has always recognised the need for investing in quality IT systems and during 2007 it successfully rolled out a very significant IT investment.

Endeavour also recognises the need for quality procedures and carries Lexcel accreditation.

Endeavour has, since its inception, acted for a local homeless persons’ charity on a pro bono basis, and fee earners have places on the boards of local charities. The Firm also continues its innovative fee sharing scheme with the NSPCC, for which the firm has in the past been shortlisted as a finalist for the `Most Enterprising Law Firm of the Year’ (together with the likes of City Firms Clifford Chance and Wragge & Co). Under this scheme, the Firm discounts its standard fees by 20%, giving a 10% discount to clients, with a further 10% being donated to the Charity.
