Corporate Social Responsibility

The Endeavour Partnership takes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) very seriously.

Since its inception, it has acted for a local homeless persons’ charity on a pro bono basis, and fee earners have places on the boards of local charities.  For example, one of our employment solicitors sits on the committee of a local playgroup and pre-school which operates as a charity and provides regular support as a representative of the firm to a second charity based in East Cleveland which houses young/vunerable adults.  Jamie Brown, partner, sits on the board of the Kensington Friendly Society as a non-executive director and is a trustee of various local charities.

The firm is also a member of the Middlesbrough & Teesside Philanthropic Society which has been set up by Teessiders for Teessiders to help businesses and individuals join together to make Middlesbrough and Teesside better places to live, work and do business.

The firm also continues its innovative fee sharing scheme with the NSPCC, for which the firm has, in the past, been shortlisted as a finalist for the `Most Enterprising Law Firm of the Year’ (together with the likes of City firms Clifford Chance and Wragge & Co).
