Service promise

We owe the success of this firm to our clients. We therefore take client care and quality assurance very seriously and are committed to providing a high-quality legal service to all of our clients. In recognition of this the firm has achieved Lexcel accreditation.

Our commitment to clients

We always appoint a client partner who is responsible for the ongoing relationship with each client.  Clients will be advised from the outset who this partner is so that they are able to contact them about any matter.  We also designate a solicitor who is primarily responsible for the work to be carried out. 

Quality assurance

We will make all efforts to ensure that:

  •  we return telephone calls as soon as possible and, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will respond within the day
  • we deal with correspondence quickly and clients are made aware of all correspondence
  • we use plain English and avoid legal jargon
  • appointments are given without undue delay
  • we give clients an idea of the likely timescale for completion of their matter
  • clients are kept fully informed as to the progress of their matter
  • clients are advised regularly of time spent on their matter and costs levels
  • clients are informed as soon as reasonably practicable that an estimate of costs is likely to be, or has been, exceeded so that we can discuss the matter further with them and provide them with a revised estimate.
