Business, taken personally.

History.

Where we began.

We never forget our heritage, it's what makes us who we are.

In 1999 Paul Bennett, Paul Bury, Andrew Maisey and Quentin Pearson had the vision of setting up a ‘city quality’ law firm in the Tees Valley to rival the best regional firms, that were then all based in Leeds or Newcastle, by delivering a range of top quality legal services to clients not only in the Tees Valley but also throughout the rest of the North East and beyond.

Building our reputation.

Endeavour Partnership quickly established a reputation for being innovative and modern in its approach by being the first law firm in the country to take advantage of the change in rules permitting the use of a ‘corporate name, so “Endeavour Partnership” as opposed to “Bennett, Bury, Maisey and Pearson” (the names of the founding partners) was born.

Endeavour Partnership has grown in size, expertise, range of services and reputation and is now six times its original size, provides a depth and range of services that is unrivalled anywhere else in the North East (other than Leeds and Newcastle) and acts for a number of the best known regional brands as well as for multi-national clients based in the UK, the rest of Europe and North America who operate throughout the World.

Moving with the times.

In 2014 the firm moved to new offices on Teesdale Business Park. The staff chose to name the building “Tobias House”, in memory of Toby Tilly, our admired and well-loved former senior partner.  The building comprises three floors to house our expanding teams and purpose-built events facilities which enable us to host events and seminars not only for ourselves but also for the wider business community in the Tees Valley.

As we enter the fourth (digital/technological) industrial revolution, we do so with confidence and optimism with plans that will ensure that our future development and growth will be at least as meteoric as that we have experienced since 1999.

However, no matter how successful we are, we will never forget our roots and heritage; it’s what makes us who we are!
