Nazia Aftab, Solicitor

(Currently on maternity leave) Nazia qualified locally in August 2001. Having initially specialised in contentious employment matters, Nazia now specialises solely in resolving commercial, contractual and intellectual disputes. Nazia handles a variety of cases including high value debt claims, trademark infringement claims and acting for employers in breach of restrictive covenants by employees.
