Paul Bennett, Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation

Paul has very extensive commercial litigation experience gained over 30 years as a solicitor. As one of the few solicitors qualified as a Solicitor Advocate, he has the right to represent clients in the Higher Civil courts. A pioneer of alternative dispute resolution, Paul frequently represents clients in Mediations, Arbitrations and commercial tribunals. His particular experience lies in contract and business disputes.
