Endeavour's employment department advises and represents business clients on all aspects of employment law and practice. The department's focus is to provide specialist employment advice, whether contentious or non-contentious matters, in a commercial and practical way.

The team, comprising partner Julie Bruce, senior solicitor Catherine Devereux, assistant solicitor Vivienne Burbidge and supported by trainee solicitor Metab Hussain also calls on  commercial litigation colleague, Nazia Aftab, an employment law specialist, to deal with High Court employment cases, for example, high value breach of contract or restrictive covenant claims.

The department also offers NavigateHR, a specialist employment law support package which offers a range of flexible options to help clients deal with their day to day employment/HR needs.
