Hazel joined Endeavour in 2005 during which time she spent two years gaining experience in employment law. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 and joined the Employment Department where she handles a broad range of HR and employment law matters, in particular focusing on providing clients with "hands on" practical advice regarding the conduct and implementation of disciplinary, dismissal, grievance and harassment processes, handling redundancy programmes, advising on unfair dismissal and discrimination allegations and drafting and advising on terms and conditions of employment, employment policies and procedures.
