• on difficult and challenging TUPE situations when tendering for healthcare services
• on the sale and acquisition of various health-related businesses, including dentists, opticians, pharmacies, domiciliary care businesses and a medical equipment company
• on the working time regulations, compliant shift patterns, changing terms and conditions and consultation procedures as well as negotating settlements with departing employees
• on a self-build project for a new medical centre which included the purchase of an adjacent clinic site, the variation of a lease of part of its existing site and lettings of an on-site pharmacy and office space
• medical practices, opticians and dentists in partnership dissolutions
• medical practices or their shareholders in shareholder disputes where some doctors own some shares and other doctors own others
• on the application for pharmacy licences, including on appeal.
