Paul Bennett, Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation
Paul has very extensive commercial litigation experience gained over 30 years as a solicitor. As one of the few solicitors qualified as a Solicitor Advocate, he has the right to represent clients in the Higher Civil courts. A pioneer of alternative dispute resolution, Paul frequently represents clients in Mediations, Arbitrations and commercial tribunals. His particular experience lies in contract and business disputes.

Lee Bramley, Partner
After training with Punch Robson Solicitors, Lee qualified in 2000 and joined Endeavour in 2002. Lee was promoted to the role of Associate in 2006 and became a Partner in August 2007. He deals with all aspects of commercial litigation, particularly property litigation and insolvency litigation. Lee also has an expertise in contentious probate and expects to complete his diploma course to become an Associate Member of ACTAPS (The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) during 2009.

Nazia Aftab, Solicitor
Nazia qualified locally in August 2001. Having initially specialised in contentious employment matters, Nazia now specialises solely in resolving commercial, contractual and intellectual disputes. Nazia handles a variety of cases including high value debt claims, trademark infringement claims and acting for employers in breach of restrictive covenants by employees.
