Simon Wake, Managing Partner and Head of Commercial Property
Simon practised commercial property law for a number of years with national firm Eversheds before joining Endeavour in 2000. He has considerable experience in handling large scale property deals, commercial landlord and tenant transactions, development and the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Quentin Pearson, Consultant, Commercial Property Department
Quentin was one of the four founding partners who set up Endeavour in 1999 after departing from Punch Robson. He has extensive experience in commercial property transactions. Quentin's particular interest lies in property development work in the connection with business and retail parks.

Jamie Brown, Partner, Commercial Property Department
Jamie joined Endeavour’s Commercial Property Department after qualifying as a solicitor in September 2002 and was promoted to the role of Associate in 2008. Jamie deals with a full range of property transactions including development work and ex industrial land sales.

George Parker Fuller, Associate, Commercial Property Department
George has worked in legal practice since 2001 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. George joined Endeavour as an associate from the commercial office of Tilly Bailey & Irvine in Hartlepool in 2009. George deals with all aspects of commercial property transactions and has acted for regional developers, pension funds, individuals and property investment companies in the acquisition, leasing and disposal of development sites, commercial estates and multi-let portfolios.

Satpal Pandal, Solicitor, Commercial Property Department
Satpal joined Endeavour Partnership's Property Department in 2007 after qualifying as a solicitor. Satpal deals with many types of property transactions, particularly in the licensed trade sector.
