Company Formation Service
As part of Endeavour's strategy to provide a full range of services to clients, Endeavour has developed a fixed fee Company Formation Service. This can be extended to include Company Secretarial Services if required, again at a fixed fee.
This Service uses bespoke software, including a direct electronic link with Companies House, so that a company can be set up within hours, thus speeding up the process when time is at a premium. The same software also produces the Certificate of Incorporation and the Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation electronically.
