Toby Tilly, Senior Partner
Toby joined Endeavour from Eversheds in December 2000. Listed in the Legal 500 and with a reputation for technical acumen which few in the profession can match, Toby specialises particularly in transactional work such as corporate finance, venture capital projects and acquisition/disposals.

Niklas Tunley, Associate
After training with Tilly Bailey & Irvine, Nik qualified as a solicitor in 2004 continuing to work in that firm's corporate department. Nik joined Endeavour's corporate department as an associate in November 2009. Nik deals with a wide range of corporate transactional work, predominantly in the SME sector, including the sale and purchase of assets (including in distressed circumstances), acquisition and disposal of shares in private limited companies and management buy outs/ins; together with private equity investment work.
