Employment Department

Endeavour's Employment Department comprising partner, Julie Bruce, assistant solicitor Catherine Devereux and supported by a trainee solicitor  advise and represent business clients on all aspects of employment law and practice. The Department also calls upon  Commercial Litigation colleague ,Nazia Aftab, previously an employment law specialist, to deal with High Court employment cases, for example, high value breach of contract or restrictive covenant claims.

The Department's focus is to provide specialist employment advice, whether contentious or non-contentious matters, in a commercial and practical way.

The Department also offers NavigateHR, a specialist employment law support package which offers a range of flexible options to clients to help them deal with their day to day employment/HR needs.
