Endeavour advises local businessman on purchase of caravan park

Teesside solicitors, Endeavour Partnership, advises its client, Total Oynx Ltd, owned by Frank Maguire, on the purchase of the land, property and business at River View Caravan Park, Barnard Castle from North Dales LLP for an undisclosed sum.

The new owner, Frank Maguire, plans to enhance the profile of the park for the benefit of its residents and for the local community who already enjoy access to nearby activities such as fishing, walking, cycling and water sports.  A maintenance programme has been implemented in time for the peak season in 2012.

The managing director/owner, Frank Maguire, has spent the last 18 months buying a number of vacant sites across the North East and transforming them into habitable residential apartments under the name of Land Resources Ltd.
