Teesside solicitors, Endeavour Partnership, advises local business, Leven Investments Limited, on the development of a new medical centre and adjacent pharmacy in Westwood Ho, Grimsby.
The new centre, which was built by Admiral Construction on former allotment land acquired from North East Lincolnshire Borough Council, will provide state-of-the-art facilities for the local population. This project is one of a number of primary care developments in which Leven Investments Limited has been involved across the North East and as far south as Derbyshire.
Simon Wake, head of Endeavour’s commercial property team, comments:
“We are delighted to have been involved in a project which will have such a positive effect on the lives of local people in this area of Grimsby, as it replaces previous facilities that were no longer suitable for modern primary care provision. We have also enjoyed working with Gerry Stapleton, owner of Leven Investments, his team of consultants and with Admiral Construction over the last 12 months or so.”
