Endeavour advises on local business relocation to Wynyard

Teesside solicitors, Endeavour Partnership, advises global construction consultancy, Driver Group, on its move to a Teesside business park.

Endeavour’s property team, led by partner, Jamie Brown, advised Driver Group on the letting of 2,500sq ft of office suite within Wynyard Park’s Evolution complex.  It had outgrown its premises in Yarm and the Group was attracted by Wynyard’s status as a regional business park.

Martin Woodall, managing director, project services at Driver Group, said: “We really only started developing our Teesside operation around two years ago and since then we have gone from a standing start with two or three people to employing over 25 people out of the office.”
