Endeavour Partnership sadly announces death of Senior Partner, Toby Tilly.

It is with much regret that Endeavour Partnership has to announce the death of its senior partner, Toby Tilly, who sadly passed away on Saturday 13th August 2011 aged 64.
Toby was born and lived in Greatham until he married and was educated at Repton and Southampton University.
Toby spent all of his working life in the North East, and joined Endeavour Partnership from Eversheds in 2000. He was regarded by many within the North East business community as one of the leading commercial lawyers and was held in the highest regard by his colleagues, clients and professional contacts for his outstanding technical, legal and commercial acumen which few in the profession could match.
Toby advised on many of the region’s high profile transactions gaining an outstanding reputation for working in the field of corporate law for which he was recommended in the Legal 500 Directory.
Simon Wake, managing partner at Endeavour, comments: “Toby was an inspiration to us all. He was a true gentleman and his wisdom, good humour and common sense will be sadly missed by everyone in the firm.”
Toby is survived by his wife Jane, daughters Charlotte and Sophia and his grandchildren Oliver and Toby.
The funeral will take place at the Church of St Mary Magdelene, Hart Village on Friday 19th August 2011 at 2pm.
