Catherine Devereux, Senior Solicitor, Employment Department

Catherine specialises particularly on the non-contentious side of Employment Law including drafting contracts, advising on policies/procedures, unfair dismissal law, redundancy, discrimination and corporate support including TUPE.  She also has responsibility for recruitment of trainees and staff training in the firm.

Catherine regularly contributes as a speaker to the employment department seminars offered to clients on a bi annual basis. She also sits on the committee of a local playgroup and pre-school which operates as a charity and provides regular support as a representative of the firm to a second charity based in East Cleveland which houses young/vunerable adults.
