Julie Bruce, Partner and Head of Employment Department

Julie was based previously with national heavyweight law firms Eversheds and Hammonds for 10 years before joining Endeavour. She has extensive experience in advising and representing a wide range of business clients (from plc’s to owner managed businesses) in all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law, including senior manager severances, employment/TUPE aspects of acquisitions and mergers, employment protection, discrimination, parental rights and drafting employment agreements, policies and procedures. Julie also regularly represents clients in defending employment tribunal claims.  She is also a member of the firm's corporate recovery and insolvency team.

Julie is a member of the Tees Valley Committe of the Institute of Directors and of the Employment Lawyers Association.
