Martin McKinnell, Trainee Solicitor, Commercial Department

Having studied at both the University of Bristol and Northumbria University, Martin started his training contract at Endeavour Partnership in September 2010. Since then he has spent six months in Endeavour’s commercial litigation department followed by a six month seat in commercial property.

While working in commercial litigation, Martin assisted on a variety of matters, including complex contractual disputes, property litigation and construction disputes as well as gaining experience in a variety of insolvency matters.

In Endeavour’s commercial property department, Martin had the opportunity to gain experience in commercial landlord and tenant transactions and both residential and commercial conveyancing as well as assisting on a high value option agreement.

Martin is now working in the firm's commercial team assisting partner, Paul Bury.
