Nazia Aftab, Senior Solicitor, Commercial Litigation Department

Nazia is an experienced employment and litigation solicitor.

She has extensive experience in handling commercial, contractual and intellectual property disputes.  Nazia handles a variety of cases including high value debt claims involving complex issues, trademark infringement claims, property disputes and breach of contract claims.

Nazia also handles both contentious and non contentious employment matters ranging from defending employment tribunal proceedings, advising employers on TUPE issues and contracts of employment to issuing high court injunction proceedings for breaches of restrictive covenants. Nazia has experience in negotiating, advising on and drafting settlement and compromise agreements.
