Paul Bennett, Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation Department

Paul, a founder partner of Endeavour, has extensive commercial litigation experience gained over 30 years as a solicitor, particularly in contract and business disputes. As one of the few solicitors qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate, he has the right to represent clients in the higher Civil Courts. A pioneer of alternative dispute resolution, Paul frequently represents clients in mediations, arbitrations and commercial tribunals.
