Vivienne Burbidge, Solicitor, Employment and Insolvency Department

Vivienne trained as a solicitor with the Endeavour Partnership and qualified as a solicitor in 2011.  She divides her time between the employment and insolvency departments. 

Vivienne assists partner Julie Bruce on a range of contentious and advisory matters, including general HR support, primarily acting on behalf of employers. She also assists Lee Bramley in the corporate recovery & insolvency law department and has particular expertise in dealing with proceedings brought against directors under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986.
