Leading lawyers enhance Teesside’s Endeavour Partnership

Two leading lawyers- with a combined experience of over 40 years- have joined Endeavour Partnership in Stockton as it continues with its year of growth and recruitment.

 

The Stockton-based legal firm has appointed Gareth Jones to its commercial property team and Kelly Kirby to its commercial disputes department.

Gareth Jones has over 25 years’ experience in his sector and joins the commercial property team as its third partner. Gareth has vast experience in dealing with landlord and tenant work, as well as real estate aspects of bank funding and finance, acting on behalf of both the borrowing businesses and major banks.

Kelly has more than 15 years’ experience in land and commercial property disputes with a specialist knowledge in the property and agriculture sectors representing landlords and tenants, trustees and banks.

Kelly has varied experience with a special focus on retail and light industry sites, as well as agricultural land. Her experience is an important asset as we progress with our planned growth around the North of England.”

Endeavour Partnership currently employs 59 people and has further recruitment announcements in the pipeline.
