Legal team supports new luxury office development Level Q

Posted by Lotty Reeves on 30th August 2018

Our commercial property team have recently acted on the multimillion-pound acquisition of Phoenix House as well as Sheraton/Infinity House at Surtees Business Park, Stockton-On-Tees.

Conveniently located near the A66, some of the buildings are being developed in to “Level Q”; serviced office space designed to inspire and motivate, incorporating intelligent commercially focused facilities as well as luxury additions of a gym and cinema.

One of the key aims of the space is to explore the link between an inspiring working environment and staff productivity and have been designed to encourage the feeling of an office community, marrying together both practicality and enjoyment.

The project is led by Andy Preston, a charity leader and well-known figure in the region’s business landscape. Andy is responsible for the formation of two major charities, CEO Sleepout and the Middlesbrough and Teesside Philanthropic Foundation. Last year he founded The Fork In The Road, a restaurant based in Middlesbrough. Highly rated for its food, the restaurant is charity-run, offering training and job opportunities to people in Teesside who need a helping hand and would otherwise be struggling to find work.

The legal advice was headed by our commercial property expert and Partner, Jamie Brown, who has worked alongside Andy on various developments over the years. Jamie led the high-value acquisition of the property, which included three office blocks and leisure facilities.

Andy commented,

“We’ve loved working with Endeavour on this.  We’re very proud of the first class offices and facilities we’re creating.  Via Level Q we’re providing the absolute best offices for miles around and we’ve matched that by working with the best property lawyers for miles around.”

Jamie added,

“It’s great to see such an innovative new approach to business space being devised and rolled out in Teesside. The values incorporated in the design of the building are shared by Endeavour as we too are eager to embrace new technologies and thinking to continuously improve employee engagement”.

The premises will be completed over the next few months with a view to open in Autumn of this year. If you are an entrepreneur or small business owner and would like to know more about how Level Q office can accommodate your business needs head to their website.
