Jessica started her career with Endeavour Partnership in 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying into a permanent position within our Corporate and Commercial team.
Gaining experience over the 2 years as a trainee solicitor with the firm, Jess spent time with each of our legal departments and has been involved in several large property and corporate transactions including the acquisition of a large coffee shop franchise, a disposal and hive up of a company’s car dealership business and a client’s substantial student accommodation development.
Towards the end of her training contract and the beginning of her Solicitor role, Jess completed a 6 month secondment with the in-house legal team at Centre for Process Innovation Group of Companies, where she expanded her knowledge of intellectual property and public procurement, and gained commercial experience of the technology innovation and UK process manufacturing industry.
Jess has been a great asset to the team whilst on secondment with us. Faced with new challenges, Jess has shown dedication and enthusiasm towards the matters she has been acting on – she has taken to the role like a duck to water! She has shown devotion to us as a client and working with her over the past few months has been a delight. We would recommend her wholeheartedly and look forward to developing a long working relationship.
