Jessica joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2015, qualifying as a Solicitor into our Employment department in 2017.
Graduating from the University of Leeds in 2012, before joining our team Jessica previously worked in a number of local legal practices dealing with private client areas of work, like conveyancing, matrimonial matters and housing, attending court on a number of landlord/tenant disputes.
“I chose to apply for a training contract with the Endeavour Partnership because of its fantastic reputation in Teesside as a forward-thinking commercial practice. The firm appealed to me as it offered ‘hands-on’ training and opportunities to get involved in a number of different and interesting legal areas.”
Jessica now works within our Employment department, dealing with a variety of issues for both employees and employers. These can include handling employee disputes and dismissals, grievances and also advising clients upon settlement agreements and negotiations. Also, Jessica has experience handling complex Employment Tribunal matters for a variety of different clients.
Outside of her work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and also helping a local school in her position as a School Governor, working with them on the provision of its career and enterprise services.
