Lee Bramley is a key member of our Commercial Disputes and Insolvency teams, heading up both departments.
After joining the firm in 2002, Lee became an Associate in 2006 and was made Partner the following year. Lee established the firm’s Corporate Recovery team in 2012 after completing the CPI, a recognised insolvency qualification.
Lee has, for a number of years, received instructions from a number of national firms of Insolvency Practitioners to act on their behalf across a broad range of issues but in particular in dealing with contentious insolvency matters. He has a broad range of experience including dealing with winding up proceedings, advising in relation to claims against directors and assisting company directors threatened with disqualification proceedings and/or misfeasance claims.
Lee is also a member of the Firm’s Management Team.
Lee is a Trustee for the Finlay Cooper Fund and has been since its creation in 2006. The Finlay Cooper Fund is a charity set up to support and help local children and causes on Teesside.
In additional to the Finlay Cooper Fund, Lee is also a trustee of the Middlesbrough and Teesside Philanthropic Foundation.
Away from work, Lee is an ardent supporter of Middlesbrough FC and enjoys watching live comedy.
Whether it be a complex insolvency litigation or commercial dispute resolution Lee and his team provide a first class service. Committed, commercial and pragmatic Lee has achieved great results on many occasions assisting us in maximising the return to creditors. I have engaged Lee as a client and recommended Lee to others in full confidence Lee and Endeavour will always deliver.
