Paul Bennett is a founding partner of Endeavour Partnership and has 40 years’ experience in Commercial Disputes
Paul received his law training at The College of Law, London and later qualified as Solicitor Advocate in civil matters giving him the right to appear in all higher courts.
Specialising in partnership and shareholder disputes, he is also an expert in agricultural litigation.
A pioneer of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Paul frequently represents clients in Mediations but also in Arbitrations, Commercial Tribunals and has appeared for clients in every County in England and on several occasions in different foreign jurisdictions.
