The team is also renowned in dealing with various Employment Tribunal claims for unfair or constructive dismissal and complex discrimination claims.

They can also assist your business in fulfilling its obligations towards staff in the course a workplace redundancy or mergers and acquisitions and are highly experienced in advising in relation to all aspects of TUPE.

We also have a niche specialism in Business Immigration law.

Our employment team is regularly instructed to assist with general HR queries in relation to disciplinaries, sickness absences or potential redundancies.

What sets us apart is our ability to offer bespoke HR support package, designed by legal experts, which offers a range of flexible options to help deal with your day to day employment/HR needs.

Navigate HR is purpose-built for small to medium-sized businesses and is composed of three main elements: Helpline, Review, and Update.

The packages are fully customisable, whether you have in house HR already or require us to fill that role for your business.
